Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Adrivox ("we", "us") handles when you open a page on this website, and what we do with it.
What this site is
Adrivox is a read-only status site. A client page shows the account status of one business client: lifetime top-ups, lifetime ad spend, the current balance and any unpaid invoices. A summary page lists the current balances of several client accounts and links to their pages; summary pages are used by our team and by the partners who work on those accounts with us. The figures come from the billing records kept for each account.
There are no user accounts, sign-ups or forms. The site does not ask you to submit any information.
Information we handle
- Account information. The figures describe a company's account, not an individual. They are shown to whoever opens the link to a page that includes that account: the client's own page, or a summary page.
- Technical data. Like any website, our servers keep standard request logs: IP address, date and time, the address requested and the browser type. We use them to keep the service running and secure, and for nothing else.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load scripts from third parties. Pages are excluded from search engine indexing.
How pages are protected
Every page, client or summary, is reachable only through its own private link with a hard-to-guess address. There is no password: anyone who has a link can view that page, so share it only with people who should see the balances on it.
If you believe a link has reached someone it should not have, contact us and we will replace it with a new one.
Sharing
We do not sell information. Account figures are visible to our team and to the partners who work on those accounts with us, including through summary pages. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers that host our infrastructure and records and process the data on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
Retention
Account figures stay on a page for as long as the client account is active. Request logs are kept for a short period, typically two weeks, and are then deleted.
Your requests
To ask about the information shown for your company's account, to have it corrected, or to have a page taken down, contact us.
